Our personalised jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver with 18K gold plating, approximately 5–7 microns thick.

Our Lockets & Charms collection is made from a copper-based brass alloy with an 18K gold-plated finish. The charms feature zircon stones for added sparkle, while the locket’s transparent, scratch-resistant glass protects and showcases the charms inside.

Our other jewellery is made from 316L stainless steel.

For eligible non-personalised jewellery, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised jewellery is created especially for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

For personalised jewellery, please allow up to 8 business days for production, followed by approximately 5–8 business days for delivery after dispatch.

For our other collections, delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch. Any additional preparation time is indicated on the product page.

Production and delivery are separate periods. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

For our Lockets & Charms collection, choose your locket and select the charms that tell your story. Combine initials, symbols and meaningful designs to represent the people and memories you love. You can add or change charms over time.

Gently open your locket and place your chosen charms inside. Make sure nothing obstructs the closure, then close it securely before wearing.

To change your charms, simply reopen the locket and swap them for your favourites. Avoid forcing the opening or overfilling the pendant.

Each locket can hold several charms, depending on their size and your chosen combination. We recommend 3–5 charms for a balanced look, ensuring the locket closes securely without forcing it.

Yes, you can purchase charms individually to personalise your locket over time. Add new charms to celebrate special moments, meaningful memories and the people you love.

Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Avoid abrasive cleaners, especially on plated finishes and your locket’s glass.

To preserve your jewellery’s finish, avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and cleaning products. Remove it before showering, swimming or exercising.

Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. For lockets, handle the opening gently and avoid forcing the closure.
