These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Cœur Ailleurs online store, operated by INTISARVISION COMMERCIAL BROKER - FZCO.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced herein.

Products

Cœur Ailleurs offers both personalised and non-personalised jewellery.

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are created according to the specifications provided by the customer. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, slight variations in appearance or finish may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions and the characteristics of individual pieces.

Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate, including personalisation details, shipping address, email address and telephone number.

An order is considered accepted once it has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, subject to product availability and our right to cancel or refuse an order where permitted by applicable law.

Personalised Jewellery

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all names, words, dates, initials and other information submitted for personalisation before placing an order.

Once production of a personalised item has begun, the personalisation generally cannot be modified.

Jewellery made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised is not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law provides for this exception.

This does not affect the customer's legal rights where an item is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

The total amount payable, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

Payment is due in full when the order is placed. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

Production, Preparation and Shipping

Some Cœur Ailleurs jewellery is made or personalised specifically for the customer and therefore requires a production period before shipment.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided on our website and/or product pages.

These timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by periods of high demand, carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because a parcel was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the delivery of goods.

Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Returns, the statutory right of withdrawal and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that different conditions apply to personalised and non-personalised jewellery.

Legal Guarantees

Customers benefit from any mandatory legal guarantees and consumer rights applicable to their purchase, including, where applicable, the legal guarantee of conformity.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Cœur Ailleurs website, including our branding, logos, texts, photographs, graphics, designs and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, exploited or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.

Liability and Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cœur Ailleurs and INTISARVISION COMMERCIAL BROKER - FZCO shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

We shall not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject always to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

The version applicable to an order is the version available at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise required by law.
