Refund policy

At Cœur Ailleurs, every piece is selected or created with care. As our collection includes both personalised jewellery and non-personalised jewellery, different return conditions apply.

NON-PERSONALISED JEWELLERY

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible non-personalised jewellery.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, with its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

PERSONALISED JEWELLERY

Jewellery created according to your personal specifications including names, words, initials or other personalised elements is made especially for you.

In accordance with applicable consumer law, personalised or custom-made jewellery is not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your legal rights if your personalised jewellery is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@coeurailleurs.fr, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Consumers benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. For new goods, this guarantee may be exercised for a period of two years from delivery, subject to the conditions provided by applicable law.

The legal guarantee covers defects of conformity and is separate from normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse of the jewellery.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times after the refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
